Why take this course?

In the last reporting period, audits across HCP and CHSP home services programs have tripled and a staggering one-third of providers experienced non-compliance outcomes. Many are struggling to translate the Standards into everyday practice and do not know what to expect during a quality audit.

Preparation and planning are the keys to success. Implementing strategies that embed active self-assessment, gap analyses, and plans for continuous improvement are essential to ensuring a positive outcome for you and your consumers.

Everyone in your organisation (including your consumers) has a unique role in your compliance – but how do you bring that all together come audit time?

This workshop shows you how you can approach your quality audit with confidence and pride.
