Managing Contractors, Suppliers and Consumer Reimbursements

Why take this course?

Contractor management. These two words are enough to send a shiver down the spine of most home care providers!  It’s one thing to get your own service model just right, but things can get a little dicey when it comes to ensuring that your external contractors are an extension of your in-house model.

We have designed this workshop to take you through best-practice in onboarding, managing and monitoring your external contractors and suppliers so that they help, not hinder, your performance (and that’s particularly important, come audit time).

Anna will also cover the approval and payment of reimbursements to HCP consumers, an everyday practice that has become a headache from a compliance perspective.  We will show you how to introduce a more rigorous process to protect everyone involved – consumers, contractors and you.
