Why take this course?

Every audit commences with six risk-based screening questions. We all know the importance of first impressions, have you thought about your answers?

While there is technically no ‘right or wrong’ way to respond to these questions, an unprepared or insufficient response can raise red flags across many domains of your organisation, so preparation is vital.

Over the last 12 months, the Commission have ramped up their audit timetable for Home Services. That means many providers are waiting for their turn and we know a lot are not sure what to expect. 

In this Lunch & Learn session, we’ll break down what the Commission auditors are actually looking for when they ask each question and how they use what they learn from your response to prioritise aspects of your audit.

  • Yes! Everyone is issued with a certificate of completion upon finishing the training.
