Anna has spent the last 30 years in just about every area of the home care sector including stints at ACCPA and COTA Australia. As well as leadership roles and hands-on experience as a care manager, she has undertaken an extensive range of Home Care & CHSP quality reviews, led training & professional development throughout the sector and coordinated numerous home care provider and consumer-focused projects.

Jodi Livesly

Jodi has experience across all the different home care services and played an integral role in establishing the Sector Support and Development network to strengthen collaboration and access to supports for CHSP providers. Jodi knows what it takes to assist staff to achieve successful change, from the frontline to top leadership.

  • Yes! Zoom can accommodate this, we'll provide instructions on how to activate this during the workshop.

  • We get it. Things change, stuff happens. You can cancel your spot and request a full refund if you let us know 7 (or more) days in advance. Alternatively, you can change the name on your booking or switch dates one day before the workshop (take note, switching dates is subject to availability and can only be done a maximum of 2 times).

  • We’ll send the Zoom link one business day before your workshop so you can easily find it on the day.

  • Yes! Everyone is issued with a certificate of completion upon finishing the training.

  • No. We want to maintain the intimacy of this workshop and allow people to freely share their concerns and challenges. For this reason, we don't record this workshop.
