T’was the night before (a Support at Home) Christmas

T’was the night before Christmas
And all through the land
People wondered what happened
To the changes they'd planned

 They count minutes in resi
They're like dogs with a bone
But the years they go by
For support at home

 The Commissioners said
Homecare's top of our list
Now another two years!
Is there something we've missed?

 When looking for answers
Or searching for blame
The delay's our fault
We're not ready (again)

 Wait just a minute!
That's the first law of spin

When something we promised
We just cannot do
We reframe the problem, then
Blame it on you

 Nothing runs as it should
It's got something shocking
Then they drop a new Act
In our Christmas stocking

 They can keep making changes
We'll always be there
The support at home crew
The people who care

 Enough with the gripes
Let's have Christmas cheer
Merry Christmas from Invox
and Happy New Year!
